You should talk to the owners of the parks where you flipped the mobile homes and see where they are in their investment cycle. 

Bought houses for $1 dollar and won bidding wars later in the market cycle. 

By this I mean if Amazon's HQ2 had miraculously ended up in Detroit, or if the Big 3 end up revolutionizing autonomous vehicles and manufacturing + tech jobs increase significantly in the city.

I am now completely committed to breaking the cycle in my family and teaching everyone I know about what I am learning.

There's definitely some signs we're reaching a peak in the property cycle.

So the cycle continues.  

@Hud FloydHi - worked as a volunteer F/F and paid position on weekends for 20 plus years while a full time PD motor cycle officer 15 years next to neighboring Philly and a corrections officer for 3 years prior to full time PD... whew fun times in another life.

All depends on the market cycle and location though.
