The bidding is already set at about 60% of value on most to start.Has anyone here on BP had success with attending these in person or online?

Now mind you, this is a home in a very nice neighborhood that I got at a great price but it needs A LOT OF WORK.

If / when I start using an online property management application I will probably use any functionality that they provide to keep everything in one place.  

Folks like you and posts like this are the reason I came to BP to start Learning.If you don't mind my asking, what's your thought on your next buy and what's your long term goal?

I bought my first home during the peak of the great recession and am now interested in making moves in the real estate in WA but in TX as well for SFH (3/2, 1,100 – 1,500 Sq ft)I joined BiggerPockets as a way to interact with like-minded individuals interested in the industry and hope to learn from many of you in the coming months. 

A mentor is definitely a useful strategy, I've worked with mentors my whole career and they really open your mind
