I would recommend that you spend time going through all of the tutorial videos and taking notes before you start using it.  

For information on other items go to YouTube and look up Mark J Kohler, he is a CPA and Attorney and has many good videos on various topics.  

Once I'm home, a lot of the time I'll stay up late geeking out on REI, weither videos, books, podcasts etc.

I've watched quite a few of his videos and he seems 100% honest and I've never seen an investor share so much detail in the day-to-day operations of his business.

We are seeing a covid compressed inventory as sellers are uncomfortable to list, while buyers were startled only for a few weeks.I post a monthly market update video for Milwaukee and you can go back to March and see how things unfolded: there was alot of uncertainty in March, but you can see it very clearly in the buyer foot traffic data and the price development.
