I can agree with the low number, but, not the high one, even in the Palma Ceia area where I had to Duplexes that I had to Short Sell after the 2008 Economic Collapse.

I'm not sure about up that way, but down here in the Gulfport/Biloxi area of Mississippi I've had great luck at Lowes in the 'scratch and dent' returns area for appliances.
