I will throw in this link to an article someone recently pointed me to.

Even with it linked to my business bank account, and I would go through all the bank transactions line-by-line and specified what each transaction of for (utilities, rents received, repairs, etc) it would never associate the rent received for the apt/unit & the tenant in that unit to the tenant I had listed for that apt; I kept getting notifications that this person is past due on their rent when they weren't.

I would clarify your neighbourhoods first and write down why you are choosing those neighbourhoods - good transportation links, high pre child rearing age population, close to hospital etc.

@Brian Greeson We have a website that we run and collect payments on for applications, but before that we had a mobile app that linked to our bank account to run application fees on.
