I am new to real estate, started educating myself since November of last year, I have possible routes i can take to start my real estate journey but i am seeking guidance on what decisions to make.

Times and rules constantly change in real estate and I only explained in my book what I did, not what is possible and legal today.

They are saying your request is cancelled and you owe us $80.Now I'm concerned about the legality of the document and if I'm obligated to pay more than the deposit in this condition when I eventually agreed to move in on the decided move in date.I'm ok paying them to avoid the situation of them reporting me to any Credit bureaus for $80 but I'm curious about the legality of the document.

Lots of legal implications.

Legal lending limit,  geographical restrictions, 5/7/10 year rates, Amort maximum, DSCR Req, max Leverage, banking relationship. 

It's in 76014 (Arlington, TX)I'm wondering if someone who has done owner finance deals in the area can give me some guidance on what the steps are.Some questions I have:1.

Most new construction these days is from class A apartments due to land,legal, construction materials, and labor costs.

There is a finished third floor that is not a legal unit.

I am in need of some Legal Strategy, Comments, or even follow up questions regarding this situation I am in.
