Leasing fees?

The property is currently rented on a month to month lease at $650/mo.

Should I for example have a separate garage specific lease form or would a general lease for an apartment in the four unit suffice?

Their lease renews with me on June 1. 

Retail strip about 9K SF. 100 leased.

(slightly under market to lease quickly). 

It should be “Added to title after 10 slots are filled” not lease.

But they all have a longer window (especially the TIC and NNN which can commonly be found with 20 year lease terms).  

People do this you just have to make sure your lease allows you to rent out rooms.Some landlords or property managers have it in the lease that you cannot sublease.You also lose many of the advantages of REI going this route since you have no ownership.
