Do a search and you will find a lot of lists of items to put in.Have you run the numbers for Orlando?

Their students” either learn only the basics, not the “nut and bolts” necessary for successful deal conclusion, or learn a dangerous and sometimes legally cloudy methodology.  

(I'm still learning about those as well.)Re: the 90 day seasoning period of DSCR loans, do you mean they can be refinanced after that period? 

Bring in a local investor who can JV or help you with your first couple or give them the deal and learn from it.
