Great additional source of revenue and pet-owners typically stay longer leading to less turn-over expenses.Not sure about in a short-term rental, but as long as you have addendums for pet damages, I wouldn't think there'd be too many problems.

Anything listed below 500k is swamped with offers which leads to a bidding war and people are paying way above market value.

Wanted to know other strategies other wholesalers use to create more leads that are accurate, and also what margins percentage wise does a investor feel like its there sweet spot for a deal.

I didn't fuss about RE commissions and I took all advice from my realtor and set the price to sell which lead to a bidding war.
