I would definitely buy on Five Mile at the right price (especially if flipping is your thing), but would be extremely cautious about it being over-inflated, as there is so much building going on up there, and at some point, people are going to get tired of getting stuck in traffic every time they drive to work or go grocery shopping.There is also Airway Heights, which is west of town along Highway 2, out by Fairchild Air force Base and Spokane International Airport.

FL exemption to RE broker's requirement, per FL law: (2) Any individual, corporation, partnership, trust, joint venture, or other entity which sells, exchanges, or leases its own real property; however, this exemption shall not be available if and to the extent that an agent, employee, or independent contractor paid a commission or other compensation strictly on a transactional basis is employed to make sales, exchanges, or leases to or with customers in the ordinary course of an owner’s business of selling, exchanging, or leasing real property to the public.My 2 cents.

I was an employee at a large silicon valley company and went on a trip to Louisiana to build part of a house for a victim of hurricane Katrina as a community service and realized this is what I want to do as my career. as the years progressed as a carpenter, I heard of other carpenters buying a home working on it their self and making profits.

They had an 8 page application that seemed a little shady to me because it felt like they are trying to seek out inside information about the companies I worked for, like how many employees work there and what's that companies value proposition, who are their competitors, what's their competitors value proposition, etc.
