It looks like they phased out the Plus Membership (Pro Only), but hopefully they are not fully removing all the benefits (labeled as a paying member was one).

Basically looking for an easy to understand and implement set of performance requirements, timelines / phases, CR definitions and termination clauses.

Scope out each phase of development, after plans have been approved. 

Think of everything that can go wrong and discuss it now while you are in honeymoon phase so if it does hit the fan, you have already had the plan and not creating a plan when emotions are high.

And it's phasing into everything now.

The lenders I've worked with describe associated costs prior to the appraisal phase.

That's pretty tame compared to some farm panels with 480 3 phase and a $100 budget to "fix" it

Scrubbing a lot of articles on this topic and its really interesting to see the available tools out there, but actually implementing them and using them for how they were designed seems to be the next phase for many want to be real estate entrepreneurs.

My husband and I are still in the research and learning phase (we plan on getting into actual investing by mid 2024).
