Honestly, once they decided to suspend my license, I don't think there was anything I could do to change their mind; obviously the hotel lobbyists had gotten to them and were demanding a crackdown on individuals competing with them. 

Individual investors and second-home buyers tend to make up the biggest bulk of all-cash sales.

Having someone with experience to learn from will be huge for you.

I'd recommend connecting with @Stuart Udis and reading some excellent work on asset protection simplified and attend one of his educational events to learn more.
