were you have to abide by the law is you have to dump it at specific locations and have it bagged and tagged I guess.

We are looking to do this and put a 1.5mil price tag on it.

In other words, are buyers looking for houses that have a cheaper price tag? 

Our Replacement Identification did not include a percentage ownership (it was/is assumed at 100%) and by the 200% rule we calculated values based on an expected 100% ownership.
