Being a landlord is not a charity, but if you do have a good tenant that needs some help, I'm all for it.

DSCR loans are based off of down payment, credit score and either actual or market rents so it helps to supercharge an investor's real estate goals and net worth.

Yeah, it definitely helps to have a contractor you trust.
