We will share the down payment 50/50, and split any profits or costs in the same manner.

Additionally, this entire transaction will be conducted by licensed attorneys to ensure the utmost legality and ethicality.In an effort to create further transparency with our clients, we also share any inspection reports and repair estimates with sellers, so that they can understand how we arrive at our purchase offer, and to give the sellers the advantage of acquiring reports and estimates that would normally cost them hundreds of dollars to get.

There are 2 of us with interest in the company (40% and 60% share split).

It also allows homeowners who have damaged houses to finance the rehabilitation of their existing single-family home; Information on housing providers and HUD programs – The Department will share information with FEMA and the State on housing providers that may have available units in the impacted counties.

He is a bit tired of working on this lot and said that he would be willing to let me take on the project (I would have to get the financing and manage it, he doesn't want to get the financing)  and we could then share the profits of the flip.
