I am extremely green in the RE Field and have come off about 4 to 5 different seminars of quickflips/wholesaling.

P.S: I have read David Greene's book on LDREI, I am looking to see if any of you have a system in place or kind of step by step guide that you follow in order to not waste to much time in deciding.

I need something close(r) to both airports, close to downtown, and in an area with good restaurants, and bars.

Im David Greene’s book, he is pretty insistent on saving enough money to do your first brrrr in all cash in order refi and get your nest egg back.

@Jimmey Green we use lights and cameras as well as signs letting people know there are cameras.

I buy in good neighborhoods (Two tests: There are no bars on the windows and I don't feel the need to carry a gun.); in Houston area the houses are $135k to $175k ARV; the monthly rent is about $200 more than 1% of the TOTAL COST.
