Hi @James Pecora, they say they offer conventional and FHA loans but they do not have their NMLS # anywhere on their website which is blatantly illegal.Hard money and commercial lenders may not be licensed but conventional and FHA lenders must be and are heavily regulated.

After I found that each location had these types of houses, I lowered my research to certain cities within OH / NC / TX and researched local government, employment situations, population changes, and added some of my notes of historic principles of the area and other variables of my own.

Whether or not it could be used solely for storage by someone other than a resident would likely also be determined by law and/or code and/or zoning although I suspect that to lease one storage unit (even if one wasn't technically permitted) that wasn't accessed often - if that were to pass muster with your insurer - would likely fly under the radar of most government entities (though it would still have some risk).

There are a ton of great folks that sell cars but the 5% bad ones are all you really hear about.It is something that is probably frowned upon but not illegal in a lot of peoples minds, including whatever portion of state government regulates that sort of thing.
