Pre-approved designs haven't come through yet, but some builders like MyKabin have a set book of designs that have already gone through engineering with the city to speed up the process and lower your cost vs. a custom build. 

Obviously due to school I cannot do this so my question is what can I do RIGHT NOW to help speed the process up and if there is anything else I can do to make this investment go more “smoothly” when it occurs.EXTRA: I recently got a job that pays around $450 biweekly.

Look at Kitsap county (Bremerton, Port Orchard, Silverdale) as the new high speed ferry out of Bremerton is likely a game changer (commute into seattle from bremerton is 30 MINUTES!!!).

Inverness , Dunellon ,beverly hills, spring hill ( although a lot of sink hole activity ) and Jacksonville an be a great place to invest but .. there are a lot of c- and below properties so my biggest piece of advice is to find a boots on the ground type of person who can look out for your best interests in the area you decide is the best place to invest ..Wishing you the very best ..God Speed, Michael Short   

Existing mortgages, other property to transfer lien to, etc.You probably don't want to hear this... since you have a deadline you may want to hire an attorney to speed up the process.
