ATM we're pleased with our PM but we thought it may be good to diversificate.Maybe we will still invest in Tampa but in France letting all the eggs in the same basket is kinda double or quits.I've done a lot of research myself on the web to draw some rough lines for our next move.As you may guess, we want a passive investment as the primary goal is to maintain our capital.
