Is it unreasonable to ask for that full $2100? 

Like many others, Barry offers a variety of services that come at various prices (depending on level of detail - just snap a line for a fence, vs a full survey, etc). 

Him and his wife are in no means tight on money and could just as easily sell it to someone for full value.
