You might want to check into getting a copy. 

However this is excellent advice, i actually copied this for when I'm sending deals to my future buyers.

Thomas, yes I have, I searched online while at the property and after speaking with BoA on the phone I went to the brick and mortar location and printed hard copies ($4) which stated the same. 

I would meet them in person and take stock of them and the property.Get a copy of the lease and read it carefully.

Please note, use a simple font like Helvetica for titles and for the copy within use times roman or a simple easy to read font.

He makes a second copy of the application which he takes copious notes.
