This might be an unusual request, but I don't know of a better place to post it:I am looking for someone with an available rent house in the Keller/Watauga/North Fort Worth, Texas area that might be interested in working a deal for remodeling and/or legal services in trade for partial or full rent payment. 

@Siddharth Parekh In the past few years, I've seen deals (MLS deals) that are trading somewhere in the .85%-.95% range. 

I am a plumber by trade and not afraid of the maintenance or upkeep.

Trading knowledge of the industry and getting started, for my superb organizational skills.

Are younger generations disinterested in the trades?  

You can also call around to contractors in the area and see if they need a free hand once in a while as a trade-off for learning.
