Given you have a primary source of income, and assuming that your first efforts at lead gen are going to take a decent amount of time to develop/perfect, my opinion is that it would make sense to at least knock out one or two of the 30-hour post licensing courses.

I travel extensively for a living and most of it is international travel and I get reimbursed for all of the expenses so I am looking for a retirement focused cash back credit card...AND...it needs to have no foreign funds transaction fees.I know that I do not want a card that offers "points" or some other gimmick...I just want the money that will be placed into my retirement account automatically each statement.Is there such a credit card?
