A bedroom floor is rotting from water damage as well.

House is a multi-family, two bedroom on main floor, studio up top, 1200 square feet total - previously rented for $700 main, $350 for studio.

My contractors are pretty scheduled out and I need help specifically in demo and flooring.

It has 3 electric meters (one for each floor)2.

With new floors and counter tops it could rent for $1100/mo.  

It is a 1 bedroom 500 square feet all hardwood floor unit.

Just a brief overview of the property: 2 family property, completely gut renovated. 7 BR/2BA - 4br duplex and 3br first floor with access to huge backyard from both apartments.
