Plenty of households making over $50k a year choose to rent because they prefer the flexibility of renting. 

You would need an exceptionally good deal and a very flexible lender to pull that off.  

Interest - I would start at the IRS minimum for medium term loans, I would be most flexible on this one since it is a deductible expense4.

And they will do 80% LTV and I suspect as our relationship grows they may do more and be more flexible with me as you mentioned your bank is with you.Thank you for your reply, its good to hear from some else that has a similar sounding strategy.   

Investors usually don't like to use the large national plants as they are not as flexible.

They seem to be right up my alley, I like their contracts, people skills, and flexibility.  

We need asset protection, but also like-kind treatment for Partner A and flexibility in our exit strategies.
