Hello BP, I am a New York City based RE Broker, Investor, & Property Manager. 

I know there's the option of getting loans based on bank statements, but even with this information is it possible to get a loan still? 

Again, i could be way off base assuming these things, but that's what im gathering from the information you're providing.
