I am seeking funding and can keep your money bringing you strong returns as well as extremely secure via maximum 60-65% LTV in a very strong housing market.  

In my market, GOOD "licensed contractors" are extremely difficult to get for small jobs... so to find somebody there is along search and vetting period. 

I'm actually taking some pretty extreme action to go full time investing.

These types of questions would need to be ran by someone who was extremely educated and knowledgeable on FHA rules and guidelines....
