I want to know the exact words on your classified ad, your bandit signs, and every other piece of marketing you have.I want to know anything you do better than any other investor and how you do it in detail.I want to know the best way to find private money and what to say to people and who to say it to.I want to know what to say to buyers of wholesale deals and how to negotiate the best profit for me wholesaling.I want you to include a blank 10x10 table of squares and a pen and i want you to tell me to write the page numbers of every page where I have a question.

There are usually investors and wholesalers there pitching their properties.Also, try checking Craigslist.org, as well as your local mls- if you don't have access to the mls, find an investor-friendly realtor and have them run a search for you.Call all of the investors/ wholesalers who have "We Buy Houses" ads/signs and see if they have properties available.Good luck,Steph

The less places they are listing ads in the more likely have a ton of work all the time and more likrly the quote will reflect an effort to win the bids.craigslist.com has help wanteds and those guys sometimes its bo career, but beer money and they may be just as good.

I also run ad's looking for buildable lots which are getting hard to find.What I'm doing right now is learning about foreclosures and preparing how to request a list from the Banks REO Dept.
