I have a lot of clients from out of state and out of the country that buy in Downtown or close to Downtown, by transportation and the values keeps climbing at a very high rate.

I’m in the middle of a flip in downtown Wichita and was thinking of listing it on air bnb or home away once I get it done and staged to produce some revenue while it’s on the market.

I recently found a 53k sq/ft building downtown in a relatively small but active city in an improving area.

I’m currently in contract on a duplex in Merion Village, which is a small village in Downtown Columbus.

I am just finishing a BRRRR near downtown and am looking for my next project for Q1. 

There are a lot of crazy construction activities happening in Chelsea (new silver line to downtown, GE office, FBI building, new casinos etc). 

Very decent area and just 10 to 15 min from downtown with access to all major forms of public transportation.

The cash flow per door was a little weaker than what I wanted, and while the area might be improving, it's not clear the path of progress from downtown is going there, and I wasn't comfortable with the risk.Like @Chris Mason said, if it's a screaming deal all of the above might change, but I just couldn't do it.

I'm checking in from downtown Columbia, currently sunny and a blissful 59 degrees. 

I only own my primary condo and another condo in downtown Boston so my portfolio is not expansive.
