Is there a specific software targeting off market properties as i am new to this and am exploring being a bird dog

I have a gf and a dog that are coming with me.

He says they area his friends but my wife clearly sees they have stuff and beds in their rooms. the tenant has been a problem in the past. he still has a dog that is not on the lease and has told us on multiple occasions it was gone.

I was told my tenants have 4 dogs. 

With strong odors you may also need to roll the slab with killz, for dog urine ect.

If you are pet friendly, you will want to know if the animals/pets are fixed, up to date on shots, and have a current vet reference, if it is a dog, I also ask about any aggression, biting or menacing behavior they have had in the past - and if the tenant does qualify for a showing, they have to bring the dog/s with them, this is the only true way to tell the temperament8.

If the police come out and hear the dogs barking, they will ticket the dog owners.

The way you can make deals find you includes getting on the buyers list of multiple wholesalers and employing a bird dog to hunt down deals and send leads to you.
