Hello Jerry, I want to preface by saying that I am not a CPA and that you should definitely have a CPA with experience in RE because they would be able to answer these questions.

As the world becomes increasingly digital and environmentally conscious, these factors are becoming critical in shaping the future of real estate investments, property management, and construction projects.

For the vast majority of rental property investors who want a streamlined borrowing experience with a high degree of certainty that their loan will be funded on an accelerated timeline, DSCR loans are strongly preferred as long as property and borrower guidelines are met.

While that isn't a guarantee of future success, it gives you an idea of their experience.
