I read this somewhere on the forums before and found it helpful: offering "sight unseen" is not just about physically viewing the property, you can "see" through the lens of your team and the information available. 

There are a plethora of different views out there.

Realtor and Zillow automatically pick these up on their "radar" and post them to view publically.
