A good one will work with you in your market, help you "set up shop", and get you up and running with something that should put enough money to at least pay for your training in a matter of weeks. 

Of course, the same goes for tenants, but it's on the landlord to demand from tenants clearly and to train them.

We have a strong military presence here (Navy Diver training, Navy Seals Academy, Tyndall Airforce  -top gun flight school) and our International Port is expanding though it's already the largest exporter of wood pellets to Europe and copper importing to the East Coast.I mention all that to drive home the point that this area is becoming more and more of a destination attraction with amenities that were never here before.

If you're buying lots of properties, THEN invest in the training. 

No offense but I assume you don't have any loss prevention training or experience, and I assume you won't want to take on liability if something in my house does go missing while you show it. 

I only really know the Concourse area and is that The D TRAIN Independent line?
