-you will have to manage your rehab - make sure everything needed is done on time and on budget, and if anything is outside of the scope of work of the main contractor(s), you find someone to do it, in coordination with the main rehab, and without delaying your project.

Your accountant will make the allocations. 

If you were not notified, and they simply stopped.....its time to start digging to make sure something is amiss. 

This makes it difficult for them to reject and will buy you some time to make conversation.

know your HOA and make sure they are favorable toward STR.
