Is anyone investing in high value markets who is willing to share strategies on how they are funding real estate? 

The strategy is more often talked about relative to active investors, however with the right approach, passive investors are able to capitalize on a cost segregation study as well.Let’s start off with discussing what a cost segregation study is.

The property is valued at $3,000,000 but is under contract for $2,500,000, providing instant equity of $500,000 upon closing.I am actively exploring ways to quickly secure the required $300,000 and am considering various strategies, including negotiating with lenders or partnering with an investor.

While working with investors I'm learning as much as possible about their different strategies and taking thorough notes so I can develop my own.
