Pole barns with living quarters on the same road go for 180k and up which is why we bought it in the first place.

I do not even show an apartment to anyone until i check the criminal and prior landlord tenant cases on that site first. 

I also plan to take on some buy & hold investing as well - down the road, but fixing and flipping is what I want to master first.

You really need to be on the m east side of Raleigh Millington road to be in a decent area. 

I'm 28 years old and I live with my wife in the Hampton Roads area of VA. 

Admittedly, there are much easier roads then the one I took - but it doesn't matter as long as you keep your focus.Good luck!
