Mike Nuss is a great resource for sure but just know that you will need to find an apartment that is ok with you doing AirBnB and I'm guessing most of the corporate-run ones won't be ok with that.

1) Short Answer: I've found Bank of America to always be one of the most competitive - when they're not the lowest, they'll often match the lowest if you have it in writing. 

You've been breaking your corporate veil- which basically wipes out the protection your LLC offers.
