I decided to rewire the entire 4 bedroom 2 bath house because it had aluminum wiring.My helper and I tore out the entire aluminum wiring and installed copper wire (to code) Outlets, stoves, heaters, AC Units, washer, dryer, lights and so on.

Especially for kitchen stuff...literally pennies on the dollar.

The White was too pink/orange, even with the White mixed with Natural.We also had the contractor "pop" the wood prior to the stain application, which is lightly coating it with water. 

Hi Steve,Sorry for your troubles.Having worked in the Toledo market for 10+ years, I can say that I have pretty much seen/heard it all.Experience has lead me to believe that the quicker you can stop the bleeding, the better.Everything else will just be like "tripping over dollars to pick up pennies".I've had losses on real estate deals and business ventures in the millions.And would to this day cut my losses and move on.Look after your investors/partners because your name is everything in this industry.The negativity drain isn't worth the drag on your growth and "creativity" potential.You live and you learn.Learn from your mistakes and don't repeat them.Start again and start better.Keep the dream alive.Wishing you much success

Wait till they take a few back and find them stripped of appliances, copper , fixtures , and AC's Banks historically have been horrible at maximizing the value of their assets !

I had all aluminum replaced with copper wire and a new service 200 AMP panel put in, in a 1630 sq ft property.
