Should we be concerned with anything on a Comcast Installation and Service Agreement?

Hi BP, I'm a beginner investor leaning more towards wholesaling to start out.

I’ve read the beginners guide and I’m looking for books to read.

Hi BPI am a beginner in the wholesaling/ rehabbing business.

I may have an opportunity to pick up a 3/1 in the same subdivision, but am concerned because I've heard that it can be difficult to fill a one bathroom SFR. 

@Valerie King don't be concerned about 2 addresses. 

My only concern on this older house was leaks and the path jobs done before me were very poor.

His concern is that buyers use inspections to negotiate a lower price after th einspection but in reality he does not have to negotiate.

Another area of investing I was exploring was wholesaling, although I obviously have many concerns on it as do others throughout the forums.

The Operating Agreement must contain language sufficient to address IRA-related issues concerning Prohibited Transactions (26 USC 4975), The Plan Asset Rules, the allowance of subsequent or additional Capital Contributions and Unrelated Business Income Tax (including language that ensures that the Manager of the LLC will prepare and file all necessary tax forms with the appropriate taxing authorities, Federal, State and local).
