I know that the debt is unavoidable but my question is if I'm good in math and and working with numbers, and love business(someday want to be a CEO or entrepreneur) what major/minor should I look into that can help me obtain a nice FT career(not a job) that has a nice salary so once I finish college I can pay off my loans and invest in RE comfortably.

I think other things come into play like you're comfort level in buying another one, your ability to manage another, your cash flow situation, your reserves, your other income streams (if you have some) etc.My personal approach is that I look for the best deals when I'm comfortable buying something.

I would explain to him that I can save his credit from that repo, and that will save his chances of buying a house, car, etc for the next several yearsFor her, I would take over her debt, place the house into a trust with me as trustee, and have her change the benificiary to my in a few months, once the bank got comfortable with the idea of sending me the bills and getting paid on time.
