As daycare is scheduled for demolition per eminent domain order, tenant has refused to pay rent since 12/2017 and refuses to move, even though city says she must vacate by 6/22/18 which she defiantly has ignored.

So cities like Worcester or Lowell seem to fit the bill, but I'm very much open to new ideas and suggestions.Anyways, as I said before, I would love to meet/chat with any local investors, real estate agents, contractors, etc.

The lawn got out of control and because the property owner information hadn't been updated in the city's database yet, San Jose sent me a letter after someone complained (forwarded to me by the Post Office).The letter said I had so many days to remedy the situation and the city would send out an inspector to check.

When you cross, simply tell the USA agents that the purpose of your visit is mixed personal (tourist) and business meetings.  

Inner city has the most upside given the prices & demand is driven by tenants not owners.

You're in a big enough city to find the right guy.A lot of these textured ceilings were put to keep the finishing on a ceiling to a minimum.

Like usual, I called what I thought was a bluff and they accepted the offer before it expired that day.Comps for four unit houses are hard to find for this city, but from what I found on Zillow doing comps it was worth 526K.

I converted my primary to a rental and so did my wife when we moved to a new city.
