Would love feedback from other investors on the city of Fort Lauderdale approval process and steps.

The land already has Electric, Water, Gas and a septic tank installed.The city has already blessed off on placing either a Commercial Building or a limit of 2 mobile homes on the property.In 2016 the Tax Estimate was valued at $24,000 due to improvements the renter has made to the property.I have a current renter who has been using the property for over 3 years wanting to buy the property and willing to sign a contract for $22,500 @ 10% for 12 years.

It was once a relatively affordable area .. similar to Culver City and Mar Vista but those days are long gone .

I'd want to make sure that the city knows that the space is heated and that you can get insurance for all heated space.

Hello,  I am new to BiggerPockets and am looking to get started in real estate investing when I move to Kansas City to start work.

It's not even the same city that I grew up knowing through the 90's and 00's.

I read an article not too long ago that said Murfreesboro is in the top 15 fastest growing cities in the US!

Are there any Utah (Salt Lake City/Provo) focused multi-family investors available and willing to talk cap rates, yields and debt for B/C class properties in the mentioned areas between 15 and 100 units?

It had/has a city lien against it for lawn service, I leave it for the lease option tenant to pay me in the future.
