IMO eco tax sends you the documents that will be reported, fill out to the best of your ability to understand them, and then their reps double check what you submitted, and you hope that you filled them out correctly.

They do OK handling the day-to-day, but I wouldn't trust them with either of my Airbnbs.I was very lucky to have gotten connected with an amazing, capable, ambitious young person for whom the Airbnb gig is perfect.

@Greg H.I am not really arguing with you however it is stupid to try and say one are is better than the other.If someone doesn't care about golf, they could care less about you having the ability to golf every day of the year (except for when you said you are hiding inside when it gets to the 30s....

Damage, to replace vinyl etc, is likely to be relatively small of 200-300 dollars.Would you fix it, and then keep the evidence to take out of their security deposit when they choose to move out, or would you confront them with the evidence, and post a bill for the amount of the work?

For 2018 I’m being charged $1326 by “United States liability insurance”  includes a $35 commission to my Allstate agent.

If the tenant is being housed by his own insurance policy then I think you would not be entitled to charge rent.
