Have you explored all the energy efficiency rebates you can get that may take care of some of the on going maintenance issues in a cost effective way?

I would look at how much do you have a rehab and fix project will take a lot of time and energy.2.

I guess they forgot to get all of the Real Estate Investment books from the library and burn them in big pile in Times Square.It would be different if they offered some reasonable offset--such as a stopping all mortgage payments as well.

The last thing you want is find a good agent and then find out you cannot get a loan and waste their time and burn a bridge.

I’m conveying a particular energy and it sounds like maybe you’re not sure yourself.
