We have requested the current rent roll, but have gotten nothing since the owner claims the books were not being kept up.

This is bound to happen when a central cartel of bankers control the money supply and when the books cannot even be audited by congress.

Diane,I recently read a book by Wendy Patton called "Investing in Real Estate with Lease Options and Subject-To Deals."

I think it could cashflow after repairs if I could get it for less than 22K according to Mike's system in his book.
