I’ve been reading tons of blogs and books which have raised a red flag that college education isn’t the only thing I need to be financially free Funny because this is what my poor dad has been telling me all my life.

I'd be cautious with who you hire here...stay away from people who offer to "build links", use "blog networks" or "social bookmarking".

I have been in the industry for 14 years now and have worked very hard to deliver this service to people at what will hopefully be a modest profit.  

But most of don't have $600k for down payment,  the poor people like me invest in Manteca, where modest returns occur.  

But that of course adds another layer of cost to their model for the same modest gain.

I have researched many blogs, podcast and forums regarding this successful business and would enjoy helping another while helping myself.
