GHAR (Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors) Membership feeI contacted my current broker to see if I could cut out the Realtor association fee but the response I got was that if a broker is "REALTOR associated" (most franchised brokers are), then you are required to be a member of a Realtor association.

In general, a refinance requires documents proving the income of the borrower such as paystubs and W2s, as well as an appraisal of the property.

I am in town looking at infill lots for our floorplan and build to rent product offering. looking to connect with anyone who is here and can meet us at some of the lots. we specialize in affordable housing units for rent and resale and build on scattered site infill. looking at the greater tampa metro with 5-6 counties all together. please send me a message if so while we are down here I have some questions mostly relating to utilities, frontage requirements, setback requirements, typical build times, and areas of most interest. we do this in Columbus Ohio right now but aren't seeing a lot of interest from institutions which is our main target.

Like Robin said, you could stumble on a bridge lender that will give you a ton of proceeds in mortgage, but that runs its own risks.If you want the conservative, but open to lending to your LLC with outside investors, get on Fannie Mae's website and look up the small balance brokers.
