What if a couple of your tenants lose their jobs and can't afford to move out?

During a recession homes will be more affordable so many renters may look to buy during this time. 

They are targeting business travelers / professionals (it's their first time doing this, so who the ideal market is for them is up for debate - but the idea is to attract quiet people who can afford it).  

Then, I would tell the tenant that if they think they cannot afford the unit, you would be willing to let them out of the lease with no penalty, providing they give 30 days notice, so that they can find a place that they can afford and be happier in.
