Have always loved real estate , been to two different schools to be licensed ,one in Georgia where i was licensed for a very short period of time ,one in Kentucky where all i had to to is take the test, however , i was getting in to building and selling at the time and it just took over and 20 yrs. later I never looked back .

Also check the type of sale, most sales do not have to accept the highest price unless they want to.

That is why my JVs before have an expiry of 3-5 years, exiting and splitting is the hard part, drafting that part is very sensitive and it will test your relationship for sure.

NO agent in their right mind would give this out.. they could lose thier RE licensee plus in our market its a 20k fine.RE license is basically easy to get if you can't study and pass the test then you have bigger issues.. and if you can't afford the 1k or so a year to maintain it .. then this is probably not the industry for that person as well.Poor advice to have someone just give out their MLS code

Recently we had an auction on a property that was found on Craigslist, it was a commercial property listed by the owner for sale, she wanted $750,000, my son and associate negotiated an offer of $250,00 subject to an auction sale, seller accepted the deal.
