I too am interested in the tech, and it's more important up here in western PA than it is down there, but I'm not still not ready to invest in it. 

I like to buy used bright white appliances that work and look good, usually when someone else is upgrading their kitchen for fashion.

So now I start as I move into my elder years LOL I no longer want to be a landlord in any fashion.. my kids have no interest in it.. so I had about 20 personal rentals that I have been liquidating these are nicer homes I bought as new construction.. they were great rentals as they literally had very little cap ex over time..
